At The Gait Lab, our coaching begins with understanding you — how you move, how you train, and where your current fitness is.
Before we design your training plan, we take the time to assess your mechanics and physiology. As a coached athlete, you’ll have access to our research-grade gait analysis system and VO₂max testing, providing the foundation for truly individualized, data-driven training.
Optimized For You: Level 2 $425/mo
Our most comprehensive coaching option — designed for athletes who want to maximize performance, accelerate fitness gains, support healthy weight management or weight loss, and minimize injury risk.
Your program begins with an in-person gait analysis and a VO₂max test to establish a detailed profile of how you move and define your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. These results set the foundation for your individualized training zones and performance goals.
This is the most precise and adaptable form of coaching we offer — built for athletes who want every variable dialed in to perform, recover, and progress at their highest potential.

A full gait analysis test AND V02max testing at The Gait Lab included with on-boarding
Training Peaks premium account for seamless workout data sharing
Monthly in-person follow up visits at The Gait Lab with regular Vo2max testing for zone optimization
Strength workouts and drills included in weekly workouts

Coaching is part science, part art. The science comes from measurable data — pace, power, heart rate, recovery, and more. We use TrainingPeaks to build and track your program, syncing seamlessly with devices like Garmin or COROS. Every completed workout uploads automatically, allowing us to see how your body is responding to the training — not just what you did, but how well you’re adapting over time.
The art of coaching is in the interpretation. Data alone doesn’t tell the whole story — it takes experience to recognize when an athlete is on the edge of overtraining, fighting off illness, or simply in need of recovery. We blend this insight with consistent communication to adjust your plan week to week.

A great fit for athletes who want a personalized training plan built from real data without the higher-tier price tag. Your program begins with an in-person gait analysis at The Gait Lab to evaluate movement patterns and identify key areas to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk.
This level is ideal for runners looking for structure, accountability, and expert insight into their movement — all while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in their training.
