• We do not work directly with or bill through insurance companies. Not working directly with insurance companies gives us the ability to give excellent, one-to-one care to each of our clients or patients who walk in the door.

We accept payments from your health spending account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA). We take payments from all major credit and debit cards and through Venmo.

Return visits may be eligible for Out of Network (OON) benefits through your insurance. Reach out with questions regarding OON coverage.

  • No — while many of our athletes are runners, The Gait Lab works with anyone who wants to move, perform, or feel better. Our testing applies to all movement, whether you’re hiking, skiing, cycling, lifting, or returning from injury.

  • No! Although I do work with elite and professional runners and athletes, the bulk of people coming to see me are recreational runners of any level.

I love working with those just starting to get into running, those who have given up on running due to extensive injuries or setbacks, and the weekend warrior trying to do all the right things to be a solid runner.

  • We like to describe what we do as 'Performance Therapy". Although there is a strong background in physical therapy, the emphasis is combining biomechanics, principles of physical therapy, and expertise coaching to take you beyond just recovery from injury. Our goal is to educate you on your unique physical presentation, and give you the tools to make you a more resilient and efficient athlete.
